Chef

The executive chef of the Trzy Gęsi restaurant is Tomasz Smoczyk. A personage well known in the European culinary world. His passion for cooking was born in his childhood, and he gained his first skills cooking for the family. As it turned out later, his love of culinary art shaped his whole later life. He started his professional career in his hometown of Pleszew. The constant thirst for knowledge and the desire to explore his trade led him abroad, where he developed his artistry under the watchful eye of Michelin stars owners, famous Italian and English chefs.

 

Today, he transfers his knowledge to others, including teaching at the Italian cooking school Natzionale Italiana Profesionale Food in Forli. Awarded many times, he has, among others, such prestigious awards as: Italiana Masterchef, Culinary Order of Merit – for all culinary achievements, the medal of the French Emperor of Chefs Augusto Escoffier and the award for culinary excellence Italian Culinary Award 2019. Chef Tomasz Smoczyk belongs to prestigious group of members of the association Augusto Escoffier International and World Master Chef Society.
